Michael Schnable - Assistant Vice President, Alternative Energy/Hospitality
Michael Schnable is an investment-banking professional with more than seven years of experience in the public and private markets. Prior to joining Equiventure Capital, Michael was a Partner at a private equity asset management and merchant-banking firm focused exclusively on the alternative investment marketplace. He was responsible for the purchase, development, management and sale of assets with an aggregate value of over $150 million. Michael was also a Financial Consultant at Morgan Stanley for five years and was directly responsible for capital formation, conducting in-depth due diligence on equity and fixed income products, transaction structure, and portfolio management of $30M in assets. Prior to his Wall Street career, Michael earned a BS degree in Economics from the United States Naval Academy and was a four-year Varsity Soccer Letterman. Upon graduation Michael served as a Surface Warfare Officer in the United States Navy from 1994-2001 and was responsible for the training, planning and execution of several missions in South America, the Pacific Rim as well as training Midshipmen at the United States Naval Academy.
